The old email is showing in the login box because your web browser is saving that info - not PayPal. If you delete your web browser's cookies, temp files, history and cache, then close the browser, reopen and then go back to PayPal to login, the login box should be blank. As for the payment going to the old or wrong address - You may want to share some of this info with the sender: If the status of the transaction is "unclaimed" and the "cancel" link is active, the sender can cancel it. This means that funds were sent to email address that is not registered with the PayPal system. If the status of the transaction is "unclaimed" and the "cancel" link is not visible or not active, PayPal will return the funds to the sender after 30 days. This means that funds were sent to an email address that at some point in time was registered with the PayPal system. Most likely the email address is not active any more or the owner of the address has not confirmed their email address. If the payment status is Completed, the sender needs to ask the recipient to do a refund. You’ll find the recipient's contact information on the Transaction Details page. If the payment status is Completed and the recipient cannot be contacted, the sender next step would be to open a dispute in the Resolution Center.
