I recently sold an item for a family member. My family sent the wrong item. The buyer immediately opened a Dispute Case w/PayPal. I offered FULL REFUND, but now the buyer has not returned the item. Dispute case will close w/out refund, but now I'm concerned buyer will not only give me negative feedback, but she'll keep the wrong item (which is more valuable than the item buyer bid on). 1) How can I file a claim against buyer for not returning item?
