So I went to krogers 2 days ago and bought a PayPal pre-paid mastercard. The card cost $2.95 and I put $20 on the card at the check out so the total was $23. I then came home and opened the card and went to PayPal.com/Prepaid to activate the card. Once putting in all the CORRECT information it gave me an error saying my address is not a residential address which is false. So I called the number <removed> that's on the card. The lady I talked to said there was a hold on my card which I was surprised to hear considering I just bought the card an hour before.... She then told me that they haft to send the information to the risk department to figure out what is going on. She said they will give me a call within 24-48 hours. So I waited 48 hours and never got a call so I decided to call the <removed> number again. Once I got on the phone she told me that I was not eligible for a pre-paid account anymore. Which I have no idea why that is. All I want to do is activate the **bleep**ing card and spend my $20 dollars. Which I guess is never going to happen so I just wasted $23 for nothing. If someone can please help me I would really appreciate it as I am very upset and frustrated I'm started to think this Paypal pre-paid **bleep** is a scam.
