Hello, I was signed up to receive weekly food boxes from HelloFresh. I requested to cancel, but nothing was done and the next week I got another box. I therfore cancelled the PayPal billing agreement so no payment method was on the account, but they continued delivering. I presumed this was an error, and binned them. Since then, I have had a debt agebncy contact me for the money - do I have a case that these should not have been sent if no billing method was associated with them?
