I am attempting to pay someone and would like to use my credit card. This is the message I keep getting: "We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service." Everything is okay with my bank. Within my Wallet, I have removed my bank (which was not yet verified), so my preferred credit card is the only option available to me to pay someone. What can I do to fix the problem?
