I am trying to reach paypal to recover the use of my account which has been erroneously suspended for some time as I have been traveling on the road and out of the country. Every time I use the "contact us" button I am taken into a loop I cannot get out of. There appears to be no customer service at this company which keeps our money. This is very disconcerting. I would like to get my account back up and running but I do not understand what they want from me. They are asking for "business information" but I am not in business. This is purely a personal use account. I see a phone number listed but I am out of the country again. Can someone please provide me with an email to reach a customer service representative at paypal? thank you.
