After months of searching, finally found on eBay the specific laptop computer I wanted. Opening bid was more than I was prepared to pay, so did not bid. But, eBay recorded that I had clicked on the vendor's auction, and I received an automatic eBau email stating the vendor was inviting offers. So I made an offer. To my surprise, the vendor texted me back stating he accepted my offer, and I was to pay by PayPal to his email address. A bit unusual, but I did so, thinking nothing of it as all my prior eBay experience over the years had always been positive. Weeks go by and no laptop. Doing due diligence, I sent both an email and a text message to the vendor, got no reply from either. So then I appealed to PayPal Resolution Centre. Try as I might, I could find a way to upload into PayPal my supporting documentation, so all that was actually sent through was a brief one-liner requesting assistance. The reply I got was shocking. Because I had used a payment to an email address, PayPal absolved themselves of all responsibility. That reply came in the form of an email, so I tried to "reply", and got a further aggravation. The email address triggered an automatic response, stating this email address cannot be replied to. So, question is, how do I get my PDF array of supporting documentation into PayPal's hands?
