Every month, my mobile phone company debit £12 via PayPal. On Monday 06 Feb, I got a message from them saying that the payment had been declined by PayPal. Could have been very awkward, as was only just back from a foreign trip where a working mobile phone account was critical. Signing into my mobile phone account, and instructing them to debit PayPal again, worked fine instantly. Both my PayPal account and Credit Card account are 100% fine to te best of my knowledge. But PayPal haven't responded to my contact asking why. A follow-up enquiry has also been ignored. Why won't PayPal answer customers? This makes be doubt the wisdom of paying via PayPal as opposed to straight via credit card.
