I sold an item on Grailed to a buyer. I shipped the item to Canada from Malta. For some reason the postage took way too long which was due to Canada Post being very slow at updating their system and their tracking. This guy then decided to open a case for his money back because he thought that I didn't ship the item and I was trying to "scam" him, even though I provided receipts to PayPal in the case and explained the whole situation with providing legitimate tracking and receipts from the postal company. PayPal then decided to refund his money leaving me with a large negative balance, EVEN THOUGH I SHIPPED THE ITEM. I then decided to check the guys Grailed account, and what do you know? He's selling the hoodie that I sold to him, I could tell that it was my hoodie because it had the same stain at the back of the hoodie and everything about it was the same. This guy then decided to remove his post on Grailed after I commented on it and reported him on Grailed. PayPal aren't bothering to do anything about this because they refunded the guy his money, basically scamming me for the money because the guy actually received the package. This guy was also very rude throughout the process and was obviously scamming me on purpose. I don't know what to do about this because PayPal say they have "seller protection" even though they are the ones who basically **bleep** me over in this situation, they don't respond to emails and their resolution centre is very buggy because it is giving me a bunch of errors when I try to appeal the case... Does anyone have any idea about what I can do? The tracking website says the item has been dispatched and not delivered EVEN THOUGH THE GUY WAS SELLING THE SAME HOODIE RIGHT AFTER HE GOT THE MONEY REFUNDED.
