" well it has been 8 weeks now had to spoke to at least 40 people from Paypal customer services who could not give a ,,, and keep on telling false information and then said EBAY or DHL should re imburse me Both EBAY and DHL are saying it is a PAYPAL issue NOW I am told by Paypal that I need to con tact my bank to block the transaction ??? IT IS A JOKE no help whatsoever to custumers and after I did everything I was asked for I am still not near any solution oh and I was asked to email them to an unmonitored email address !!!!!
