I have bought something via credit card using paypal on Ebay. and paid all the money conversion taxes. i didnt receive the item and the seller returned a full refund. yet, I didnt get back my movey used on currency conversions, and i will lose more money to convert it back to my curreny. instead of getting a refund i wil llose almost 100 R$ (reais/ on conversion taxes and no item. i would like to know if theres something i can do??? it was a 110 eur refund she refunded 100 and then 10 i almost lost 4 reais on that 10 and the rest is pending
