I purchased a pair of sandals from Canfora but when they arrived they were wrong size and wrong colour. They asked me to forward them to their client in Germany by DHL. They refunded me 30 Euros to cover the cost of shipping, but that was insufficient so they sent me another refund of 15 Euros. However, the first 30 Euros was shown as a refund in the column headed completed and it was credited back to the credit card with which I purchased the sandals. The second refund of 15 Euros did not appear on my account as a refund but as "Money Received" on 24 January 2018, although it was a refund. On 24 January, I received an email from PayPal entitled "You've got money". When I looked at my account the 15 Euros (£12.62) were listed in the usual column showing all my activity of payments and refunds. (At the top of the column it says "Completed".) When I click on the item in question, the only available option shown is "Refund this payment". As previously indicated, I am not selling anything. Both amounts sent by Canfora were to cover the cost of forwarding sandals delivered to me in error to their client in Germany.
