Hi Everybody.
About a month or two ago I sent $1400 to a friend, whose account almost immediately got limited after for "suspicious activity". He claims PayPal has locked him out of his account, and that they won't let him do anything about the money. I have called PayPal about 7 times now, emailed back and forth with a bunch of representatives, and I've even lived chat with 4 different departments. They all keep telling me the same thing, "oh just have the person you sent the money to call and ask for a refund!" I tell him that every time, and every time he comes back with an answer saying, "They will not let me do anything with the account even refund you." I really at this point do not know what to do, its $1400 that I have been trying to hard to get back, but can't. Mysteriously live chat keeps disappearing cz Paypal is beat, but hopefully, someone can guide me in the right direction. Keep in mind your simple suggestions will not work, no chargebacks, or unauthorized activity will work.
