It's been 6 months since i requested a check, made contact through every paypal platform, i.e facebook, email, paypal messages..yet no concrete explanation as to where my check is. It's not at the post office, I've made multiple contacts with them over the 6 months. Everytime I contact paypal it's the same response "the back office has the issue as an open ticket" FOR SIX WHOLE MONTHS. I'm in deep distress/depressed over my money because I'm stuck in a dilemma and going crazy...all because paypal refuse to address the issue and release my money. Who are the people in the backend and how can i contact them?
