Ok a little background... I am a big time car enthusiast. I have a 40x20 building full of parts I've accrued through trading, buying large lots of stuff locally, and buying and selling parts and cars at swap meets, on Craigslist and other enthusiast forums for years. Other vehicles I've just had in my building since before I was born that we're given to me when my grandfather died. I live at home with my grandmother who is nearly 80 years old and I help take care of her. PayPal all of a sudden puts a hold on my account with no warning whatsoever. Then asks for copy of driver's license, utility bill(which I have none in my name because the bills are in my grandmothers name), they ask for invoices, proof of purchase, proof of delivery, and more! I gave them a copy of a current ID. Sent them proof of my residence by means of a USPS first class letter from Ohio Job and family services for my health care and a snap on tools bill mailed in my name to this address! I cannot prove how much I paid for, how much things are worth, or where I bought them, because a lot of it was bought from random people in face to face situations. People don't hand out invoices on vintage care parts!?! Do they? I have over 300$ tied up that they won't let me have access too, and I don't know what to do! I am currently unemployed, and the reason for selling off some of my collection, was to help pay for needs of my 14 month old child, bills, and other current car projects and parts lot purchases! Some of the people that sent me money or I sent money to, we're friends I've known for awhile and have done lots of parts swapping with in the past, every transaction went smoothly, and I always linked the tracking info to the PayPal details page. What have I done wrong for them to lock me away from my hard earned money!Someone please help me out I don't know what to do here, and I'm getting upset about it. PayPal moderator, could you please look into this? Anyone else had this issue before? If so, how did you resolve it quickly, and painlessly? Thanks for taking the time to read this and possibly let me know where to go from here. If I can't get this resolved, does any one know of a service similar to PayPal that I can use for this type of selling? Once again, thanks! <removed>
