Had a horrible experience with a dishonest seller. I ordered a high ticketed item, paid for expedited shipping because it was urgent. Despite numerous request the seller failed to provide any proof of shipping. Not until I opened a dispute and escalated a claim with PayPal requesting a refund, three weeks later which was two days before seller time frame to respond to claim expired that he uploaded tracking and had the item delivered the following day. I want to return the item and get a refund as i no longer need the item since I had to purchase a replacement from another seller. I’m really not sure how to go about this since the claim of “item not received” is still open? This is very stressful. Don't think I will bother with eBay/PayPal again!!! At least not for high ticket items.
