I sold a virtual item to one of my longtime costumers on February 16th, and for some reason the buyer decided to open a case for the item today (7th of March). Just in case - the item I sold is an in-game item for the game called "Rocket League", which is on Steam PC platform. Since I record and take screenshots of every single trade I do, I did provide PayPal with the screenshots of the transaction (also provided chat logs with the buyer) What I'm wondering about is - is the proof I provided sufficient? Also, has anybody else faced this particular problem? If so, please let me know how you managed, I'm really perplexed by the buyers decision and don't know what the outcome of the case will be.
