Hi Hazel, depending on how you paid, you could put a dispute in with PayPal, if that fails then you maybe able to claim back via your Credit/Debit card provider. A word of warning from past experience when returning items back to China, even with a tracking number you provide, they will either refuse delivery at there end or say they have never received the returned items, so you will be out of pocket for returned postage. Paypal however, allow you to claim back the postage in your dispute, they allow so many per year, so if you go down that path, check it out.
