I provided digital goods to someone twice, adding up to $94. Everything was fine and dandy, and the buyer loved her product. But a month later I try and work out a different transaction, and my Paypal is limited because I'm $94 in debt. This buyer opened up two separate "unauthorized transactions" claims on both payments, though I have proof that she did in fact authorize them. One payment prior to the claim was refunded because I couldn't provide the goods. The other one, the buyer received the goods and thanked me tremendously. I even have email confirmation of the buyer telling me that she did in fact buy these goods. I provided my proof for these claims (one the refunded transaction and the other, both the email and the message I got from her saying she loved the product) and called Paypal twice to make sure I provided everything. The case has been in the Paypal review stage since Jan 11, how long does this usually take?? And does this seem like enough to be tilted in my favor or is there more I should do?
