I'd bought an item through eBay which did not arrive but money was still taken from my account, I contacted Royal Mail and it seems the tracking number supplied by the seller was not in my name or address, it seems therefore my item has gone astray. I opened a dispute with eBay and escalated it to PayPal but in their infinite wisdom deemed the dispute closed because the item had been delivered, but where? They'd failed to check with the seller where my item was sent other than my address. Im very disappointed with the outcome as I have lost my money, I have no confidence in eBay nor PayPal for their failure to investigate this issue. What is left to pursue? Thanks
