I won a claim today. Seller sent me something damaged and nothing like what was described. They never responded to the claim, so PP decided in my favor. Am I supposed to send it back to the seller? From what I understood from the agent I originally spoke to, PP usually says whether or not to send it back. The email from PP didn't say anything about sending the package back, just that they decided in my favor and the refund was issued. What do I do?
