@kernowlass Your default reply everywhere says 'add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.' This is not true -- I'm using a bank account from a neighbouring European country and two credit cards from two different countries without any problems. The only issue is with a mobile phone from another country (even if same as the bank account and a credit card), which PP still refuses to accept. Considering the number of people living in one and working in another country in Europe, the remnants of this restrictive policy are really annoying.
