Dear collegues, I have recently bought and Ipad, I have paid to the seller through paypal in 2 payments (600 + 100 $) unfortunatally, after that = he stopped responding to all my emails = he stopped responding to my paypal massages, = he did not provide shipping track number to me = I did not recive my item yet, ( 10 days since the payment ) I went to paypal resolution center. and only feature that i can use is = report a problem ==> report unotharized use I did not dind an option of ( i did not recive my item) I opened a case and in the problem discription i have descripe my problem. Is what i did correct or not? please help me?
