I AM CALLING PAYPAL SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY DUE TO FRAUD. IT'S BEEN A MONTH NOW AND TODAY WAS THE WORST DAY. I WAS ON HOLD, WAITING FOR A PERSON TO GET MY CALL FOR OVER AN HOUR. THAT OKAY. I UNDERSTAND YOU GUYS ARE VERY BUSY. HOWEVER, I COULD FEEL THAT AGT "MERA" WHO GOT MY PHONE CALL WAS DESPERATE TO HANG UP MY CALL. I WOULD UNDERSTAND HER IF I WAS TALKING FOR A LONGTIME. BUT I ONLY GOT TO SPEAK WITH HER FOR LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. 10 MINS OUT OF 1 HOUR OF WAITING!!!!! IS IT REALLY THAT HARD TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER WHO WAITED FOR AN HOUR?
