Dear Paypal: I was much disappointed about the recent actions of Paypal regarding case PP-D-5584909 and 5585621. Case history: A buyer Mimi stayed at the room for 10 days in Manhattan, NYC. After moving out the room, she requested two chargebacks to card company. Mimi was refunded from Paypal, because card company made a decision in favor of a buyer, though this transaction is not merchandise purchase but renting fee. Now we all know it’s a fraud from a buyer. Nevertheless, worldwide authorized company Paypal said, “We did our best to your customer by refunding two deposited charges to a fraudulent buyer based on even the wrong decision from card company. “ What do you think all community will praise or blame Paypal? It is true that Paypal absolutely disregarded justice and encouraged fraud at last, though Paypal executed regular actions based on the regulation of card company. Why don’t you claim that the decision from Card company was wrong? Anyway conscientious seller was subjected to disadvantage, while fraudulent buyer made illegal money. Until now, Paypal did not take care of a conscientious customer as a seller, but gave reward to a fraudulent buyer. I sincerely hope Paypal would fix this sort of bad decisions from card company to prevent similar fraud in the future, if justice or righteousness should be cared better than fraud in USA. Actually I am afraid she would habitually make this kind of fraud in the future again, because Paypal encouraged her fraud at last. Sincerely, SK
