Hi, My account is been set to limited status and I can't use it of course. It's been over 1 month and I haven't heard anything regarding the requests to lift the limitation and review the documents provided. I read somewhere that this means the account will be deactivated, but I can't find the information online once again. What do I do in that case? How do I retrieve the money I have in the account?
