So for the past two weeks or so my account has been under limitation. Earlier this morning (1/9/18) I received an email stating I was able to withdraw money from my PayPal account into my bank account to be able to close my account. But as I tried multiple times to link my bank account, there were always errors due to 'Account Limitation.' I did email PayPal all the time I tried to link my bank and they kept replying to email their support team (which I did) with my bank information and I did as well with my bank name, account number and routine number. I did send in proof of my identity but it's just that my 'Bank Statement Proof' is the one on hold for the last two week. Anyone have a solution? I've emailed them, replied to them, tried to get in contact but they still responded with the same answer of steps to transfer my money.
