I suppose my strongest disdain for the process was that I was advised during two separate support calls that my PayPal balance would clear after a few refunds cleared but it did not. I've decided to pay back the balance because the amount of time I've spent trying to speak to either a service agent or then their awful collections is disgusting. They've lost me and I will look hard for payment alternatives from now vs. using PayPal, forward. I can try to recoup my funds if there was an error (and I am not 100% positive that they are wrong in their calculation), but the two reassurances that I didn't have to take any action to clear the balance followed by automatic "freeze out" but PayPal customer service in conjunction with non-communication with their "PayPal partner" (please...some partner) added insult. Oh well. Thank you for your suggestion and I may try the number you gave although if it is the collections number, they do not pick up the phone. Best, Terry
