Quick bump here. I am guessing I used the Send Money to Friends and Family option, but I cannot recall, and Paypal doesn't display that info AFAIK for the compelted transaction. Assuming that I did do that, what is the dispute process? So far, I can only see the Paypal suggestion that I contact the seller, but I see no option within Paypal to do within the context of the dispute option. Thanks in advance for asssitance with this.

The dispute process is unclear to me. I paid for an item that the seller never sent me. I've emailed him via Gmail and haven't gotten a response. In Paypal's Dispute screen, after selecting that transaction, I've got the option to contact them via their email (which opens a different Chrome tab outside of Paypal) or these two options: I want to report unauthorized activity Report suspicious activity, transactions and account changes you didn’t authorize. None of these options are what I want. I did authorize the charge, but am disputing the transaction because I've not received the item. Clicking the seller email doesn't open a messaging option within Paypal. Can someone please assist? Thansk.
