I recently made an order to a website named adapterfamily.com and I noticed after I ordered that the website and seller seems very untrustworthy. I tried to look for a way to cancel my order since the seller's site claimed we could cancel orders and they have a "money back guarantee", but there is no cancel order button on the website. I attempted to call the seller and the phone number was disconnected, I also emailed the seller to no avail. I contacted PayPal's customer service and they said they'd open a claim and open communication between the seller and I through PayPal and it hasn't been done. I also saw that the resolution center case I opened against the seller was "closed". Not sure what to do. Has anyone else been through a situation like this and how did you get it resolved?
