Hi I have had several conversations today with customer service and currently have been put on hold, upon my request while speaking with Brian and him being rude to me. I asked to speak to his supervisor and have been on hold now for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I am sure he just put me on hold and is not sending me to a supervisor and hoping I will hang up. Poor customer service and Paypal is not protecting me as I have a screen shot of a screen on paypal saying I cancelled a reoccrring payment in Feb. 2015 and continued to be billed. I am wondering who to report this to?
