The issue occurred literally overnight for me. Thursday night it worked, Friday afternoon it stopped working. Wondering what might have happened in the span of about 20 hours. I also contacted eBay and PayPal yesterday. Nothing, no response whatsoever from eBay. PayPal answered requesting additional details that I provided. Since then, nothing. Seems they haven't the faintest idea what's wrong.

Yes, it does for me, too. However (I'm not sure if it's only me - I kind of doubt that), multi-purchase offers available on ebay.com do not apply on ebay.ca. All in all, it doesn't make much sense. I'm still awaiting PayPal to tell me if they are getting anywhere with the investigation they promised to conduct into the issue.

I just received a response from PayPal requesting me to send a screenshot of the issue and the page source code, which they need to investigate the problem further. I've sent these already. I've also added a note that so far 52 other users are facing the same issue as per the PayPal Community. We'll see what they have to say.

Exactly the same here. Issue occurs only when logging in to PayPal from eBay. I've already contacted both eBay and PayPal, still awaiting their advice. Really frustrating, I might even lose a deal because of being unable to complete the transaction.
