I purchased an item on 11/26/2017 and still have not received a shipping confirmation from the seller or even recieved my item. I tried to get in contact with the merchant twice, with no success. I tried to file a dispute in the resolution center, but in the second page it will not allow me to click on "I did not receive my item". How can I get in touch with PayPay directly about this? I got a message with a bot response about how to file a dispute but that is beyond my issue at this point. I feel like I wasted my money and no one can help me at all. Help?
