I called PayPal yesterday (11-28-16) about a refund stuck in pending 2 weeks. The PP rep. was very nice (but his English was hard to understand).. He said that there is a technical problem with transferring the refund to my balance.. He assured me the refund will eventually show up in my balance and that this is happening to other PP users. My complaint is this--today I immediately received a refund from a bogus sale and it transferred to my account balance at the same time.. I'm a frequent PP user and really enjoy this service but the glitch in the pending refund is unnerving. I will be patient and wait the 30 days (what choice do I have).. My question is has this happened before? Also after 30 days and it still shows pending, what recourse do I have (the rep. stated there was nothing he could do except add a not to my account of the incident).. Thanks for your time !! (the amt. withdrawn and refunded was from my bank account).
