But for more than I tried, (and believe me I've tried it many times), I have not seen, I have not found "Click Dispute a Transaction." The only thing I see is "Report a problem" ... I am sorry I am not able to do all the steps that you indicate and as the only option I have decided to claim as an unauthorized transaction, (explaining my problem). Also I have seen that a claim that I opened in the month of December, (about my problem with Geekbuying), has been closed automatically, believe me I have not done anything, appears as closed. I'm really desperate because it's a lot of money, I've been robbed, and I do not get, having paid through Paypal, (which is supposed to be the safest), to get my 202 pounds back, out of the 360 pounds I paid.
