Hi, I'm new to PayPal, and so far I'm far from happy. I sold an item on eBay 14 days ago and I've tried every day to confirm my bank details, but I just keep getting the same message, that the service isn't available and to try later. I've sent numerous messages to PayPal, and all have been completely ignored. Can some one please help me, the fact that they have my £1448.00 and no one responds worries me . Thanks Steve
