On December 6th, I made a payment to an artist for $150. Without my knowledge or authorization, PayPal repeated this transaction two more times. So I lost $450 when I only intended to pay $150, putting my bank account balance at -$70. I had the artist cancel the two extra transactions on December 7th. When should I expect these to be refunded? Also I reported the problem to PayPal, selecting the two canceled payments but for some reason this grouped in the legitimate payment I made to the artist as well, so their PayPal wallet is now in the negative. How can I cancel the report to give them that money back?
