Hi, So people already had this problem but i never got an answer in the threads. To dumb it out, a friend is being charged 3.4% merchant fees from PP instead of 1.4% from her business income. The amount of around £1000 is owed due to their error. This started from 1st August and at first she got replies from them... Apparetly there was a bug in the system causing this. However, after enquiring further emails started being ignored. Its been a month now without getting a reply, though they are messaged weekly with requests for updates. My question is, are people still suffering from this issue? Is paypal responding to you and reimbursing you what youre owed? What action would you suggest when no emails are replied and the phone calls are ignored? This is PP UK.
