Dear all, I am experiencing an extremely frustrating problem and what is worse payal customer service is not showing any response whatsoever. I am an Italian citizen, living in Denmark for the last 9 years. 3 months ago I got the notification that my account was limited, meaning that I couldn't withdraw any of my money untill I confirmed my identity. I tried to proceed with confirming my identity but it was impossible, the system wouldn't accept an Italian nationality coupled with a danish address/phone number. I wrote an email to the customer service back in September and never got an answer. Now I really need to withdraw that money so I wrote them again, and again never got a response. I called the custome service, I left my phone number with the option that they would call me back. They never did. Now I am getting crazy realizing that I am trusting an organization to hold my money where the customer service is not even replying to me. I read through the other posts in this forum and I saw that someone suggested to call the customer service and leave the phone in loudspeaker for 2 hours until an agent would pick up. I hope this is a joke, I wouldn't pay the fees for such a long international phone call, nor I have the time to wait for 2 hours until someone shows they care. I was about to write in reddit and other forums about this bad experience but luckily I found the existance of this forum. I hope someone is gonna help out, and maybe fix once for all this proble which I guess is widespread for people living abroad. Best Regards
