The fact that he refused to accept the return could be interpreted as he does notw ant his item back so you win and keep the item and get your moneyback and he will be socked with a $20 chargeback fee,very bad outcome for the seller. I had to pay the extra 3% because I didn’t pay using friends and family. Goods and services I think it’s called? I’m not sure. The buyer is within the United States, Colorado to be exact. Mhm my credit card company filed the claim etc and now it says waiting on sellers response.. 10 days is the time limit for him to respond right? Otherwise I get a full refund becuz he didn’t respond. Seems like it may be a timely resolution.. but it’ll be worth it if I can get back my money
