Hi, I want to ask is there any way to further dispute a case that is alreay determined by Paypal? I am so so so angry today! Yesterday morning, I woke up with a remind message from Paypal saying that there's a suspicious transaction. I immediately logged into my account and found that someone did hack into my account. I report this as an unauthoried transaction to Paypal. But! Today, they emailed me that after their investigation they thought it is not an unauthorized transaction and I can't get my money back! I try to call them but it is always the AI telling me that this is a determined case and they decide to biase to the merchant this time. Proect the merchant? This guy is a theif!!!! How do they protect a theif!!!! (Sorry for my words, I am too angry). Thanks!
