hello. 13 days ago i received an amount of money from someone on grailed for a product i don't longer have. I am a new seller and the money are being withheld but the buyer really wants his money right now. I tried to refund him and there were not enough funds so i added the missing money(that were the fees) from my bank account. It still didn't work. i think it's because a big part of the refund are withheld. He did something and now my balance is negative. What should i do? Can i refund Withhold money? What will happen if i still can't refund him?
