Please help me with this: I am a US seller. Today, a buyer from Brazil filed a Paypal claim for Item not Received. I checked the tracking, and indeed, there is no update after the item reached Sao Paolo. So I promptly refunded my buyer in full. It is not his fault, and he should not have to lose any of his money over a lost item. Now I would like to recover my loss from Paypal because this transaction is marked "Eligible" for Seller Protection. Can someone tell me how to go about this? Paypal does NOT readily provide this information. Thanks.
