I took your advice and emailed Pay Pal support. Every response I receive is an automated, pre-typed response that tells me to go to the Resolution Center which I've already tried to file a complaint on 6 TIMES!!! I tried again today and got the same "We're having technical difficulties" response from the Resolution center when I try to submit the case. This is absolutely absurd that I can't get any better customer service than this. I had money taken from me fraudulently and can't even get a human being to address my issue. I've now tried the following to get someone, ANYONE to pay attention to it: - Tried filing a case in the Resolution Center 6 times - Tried calling the phone support line and never received a call back - Tried posting on the community forums - Traded multiple emails with customer service, all of which pointed me back to the Resolution Center Am I missing something here, or does this seem like **bleep** poor customer service from Pay Pal? The next step for me if I can't get this resolved is to close my account and file a complaint with the BBB.
