I am in the PayPal Buyer Hell! I recently purchased a digital service/good that was to be completed within 1 - 2 weeks according to contract that the seller agreed to and acknowledged. However, I never received the item. And when I went to make the dispute, I clicked "item incomplete" and "other", because I was only sent a sample of the logo, not the finished logo. My claim was ruled in favor of my seller, even though he never completed or sent me a finished logo. He even admitted in the notes in the resolution center that he didn't finish my logo. I called and emailed Paypal numerous times to inform them that the claim is incorrect, because it said "item not as described", when the finished item was never received. PayPal let me down, denied me several times, even my appeal and my evidence proving that I never received the item. When I called to notify each representative that I talked to, I informed them that the initial claim reason was wrong, but it was never changed or noted. So I was forced to file a chargeback with my actual cardholder. I don't know what to else to do, and Paypal sucks for all the hoops I have to jump through to protect myself from losing on money that I paid for an item that I NEVER RECEIVED.
