Hello I have opened a dispute for an item that did not arrive, I know paypal has sent email to seller and we are waiting for a response, I would like to updat some information but have no way of doing so as contacting paypal is very painful and not user friendly. The tracking information sent to me from paypal said shipped and provided a number, the delivery date kept changing, then it changed to "HOLD" and now the tracking infromation shows absolutely nothing, it seems to me the seller has never shipped the item. I have a case number and my emails to the seller, how do I contact paypal to pass on this informaytion
