Being a coder myself, I find this pretty unprofessional - or maybe just lazy coding... I would be fired if I showed error outputs like this: "things don’t appear to be working at this moment. Please try again later." Not only does this tell you absolutely nothing, but it also sounds like it's something temporary that will be fixed and you should ignore it for now. It's not temporary, thus should not say 'please try again later'. And 'something went wrong'??? Might as well just say 'error'. Done venting. Anyway, there are 1000s of posts searching Google for this 'error', but no solutions. Where should I start to look for the issue? This is for a customer's account, by the way, not the one I'm logged in under here. The site is just a typical WordPress site with WooCommerce, using PayPal Payments Standard, not Sandbox, IPN is enabled, Identity token is up to date, API credentials are set (to process refunds). Below is a copy from the log file: 2018-06-12T04:22:57+00:00 INFO PayPal Request Args for order 508: cmd=_cart&business=youlearntopaint%40gmail&no_note=1¤cy_code=USD&charset=utf-8&rm=2&upload=1&return=https%3A%2F%2Fyoulearntopaint.com%2Fcheckout%2Forder-received%2F508%2F%3Fkey%3Dwc_order_5b1f49bc04f9c%26utm_nooverride%3D1&cancel_return=https%3A%2F%2Fyoulearntopaint.com%2Fcart%2F%3Fcancel_order%3Dtrue%26order%3Dwc_order_5b1f49bc04f9c%26order_id%3D508%26redirect%26_wpnonce%3D36a2afb8b9&page_style=&image_url=&paymentaction=sale&bn=WooThemes_Cart&invoice=WC-508&custom=%7B%22order_id%22%3A508%2C%22order_key%22%3A%22wc_order_5b1f49bc04f9c%22%7D¬ify_url=https%3A%2F%2Fyoulearntopaint.com%2Fwc-api%2FWC_Gateway_Paypal%2F&first_name=robbie&last_name=frazier&address1=1720+Beryl+Street&address2=&city=San+Diego&state=CA&zip=92109&country=US&email=robbie.frazier%40sodexo.com&night_phone_a=858&night_phone_b=752&night_phone_c=2235&no_shipping=1&tax_cart=2.01&item_name_1=16+x+20+Painting+Canvas&quantity_1=1&amount_1=9.99&item_number_1=&item_name_2=Acrylic+Paint&quantity_2=1&amount_2=8.99&item_number_2=&item_name_3=Brush+Rinse+Cup&quantity_3=1&amount_3=6.99&item_number_3= Also, this was appended to the URL of the page that displayed the error: /error?flowlogging_id=aeacde57eb079&code=BAD_INPUT_ERROR Thanks.
