Last night I opened a dispute because I did not authorized an transaction. When I ask the people around my house, my son had purchased it without my knowing. When I try to cancel it, I went to resolution center, clicked open cases, then it says there are no cases in your queue currently. I was wondering if I could cancel this dispute. Also, if I cancel this dispute, could I reopen another one for a more accurate discription that happened for a refund. Thanks!
