Hi Guys, thanks for your help. The limitation of my account has just lifted. It just took me less than a day or 2 depends on my patience processing this up. I did these following: *I acknowledege that I had an invalid proof of address given to paypal earlier, unfortunately I can no longer attach them already because the dashboard doesn't show anymore for the attachment. * I emailed them and contact them but it took a while for their response. Gave me vague instructions. That's why it's recommended to call them directly. * I downloaded rebtel application as suggested here to have an unlimited trial freecall to their hotline in US which is +https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call. * just answer the automated question. - phone no. Linked to your account with area code if none just say " I dont have an account" - "No" if you never used paypal to buy anything unless otherwise - "Money transfer" reason for calling - "Transfer to my bank account" for more specific - "Agent" to wish to talk to their representative - choose/press #1 for limitation, and wait patiently. (I had many attempts calling/talking to them and yet I was not still able to talk to their specialist, simply means they were not yet on duty. Best time to call is 9:30pm PH time that's around 5pm pacific time i guess...or morning to them maybe. (You'll get what I meant if you already tried calling them 😊) - I was given these links to attached my proof of identity but Log into your PayPal account first, In that same browser type in www.paypal.com/confirmcard or www.paypal.com/il/uploaddoc hit enter - make sure your documents were taken completely showing the whole document not just portion, this is still invalid if so. - then wait for them to review these, emails will be sent to you for their response. I read my email 4am in the morning after 🙂 - and tadaaa I was able to cash in already to my G cash. (G cash is more convenient for me) or transfer to my bank account 🙂 Thank you!
