@Ezz22 As i said a chargeback is nothing to do with paypal, it is decided by the buyers credit card company. They found in their clients favour so you lost, their reasoning on if an item was misdescribed or not does not have to match paypals criteria on what they think constitutes misdescribed.

So, I made 4 chargeback against the same seller but I only won 1 of 4 cases while all the cases are the same thing. Why is that happening? Your need for the money is totally irrelevant with PayPal. PayPal will follow PayPal policies for holds. For new members it is 21 days. Those details are all in the PayPal polies which you presumably read and understood before accepting. Furthermore, funds will be held at aleas until you can prove delivery with online tracking. You failed to do that with a virtual item. You have no seller protection and are at risk of loss if the buyer files a dispute for non-receipt. If you are still not familiar with the policies, click on Legal at the bottom of the page. There is a large section just on holds.
